There is nothing about derivation in patent law. You could never have heard of me or seen my patent, but if you do something that overlaps, that’s infringement. And it’s been that way for hundreds of years.
And this is exactly the problem with patent law (emphasis mine).

This page raises a few questions. What does deliver my dat mean? Does Bill Gates himself show up at my doorstep dressed as a pizza delivery boy with all my dat in a small square carton box? Am I supposed to feel more confident, knowing you will protect (and deliver) my dat? Who writes this drivel? What is the hourly rate?

CommentI’ve updated both bsl_audioscrobbler and rmc_audioscrobbler. Both now support forms when you are not listening to any tunes or audioscrobbler is bonkers again (notlisteningform and notworkingform).
